crashed last week and it's been not the best going forward but we're here we made it and I'm happy

so talk about stress yeah that caused a lot of stress last week surprisingly that wasn't my

not your typical dislike this week and normally I start with my positive and I share my

obsession of the week and then my dislike but we'll end on a positive note and then we'll go into

talking about stress and stress management, stress relief, how stress could be coming in the way

of your results, your progress, your sleep. We'll touch all of this today, but my not so typical

dislike this week has been one little thing that kind of stuck out to me, which was I actually, it's like a mix

of something good, but also something that is a not so difficult dislike. I was at Spin and one of

my favorite instructors, Laylonie, you guys know her. She just like stopped me after class and she was

like, honestly, I feel like you've changed my life so much like there's been a huge

turning point in my life recently and you are the reason that I feel that way and I was just like

oh my gosh like what the heck thank you so much that means a lot and also I feel like it's so

different when someone in your personal life says that to you versus

like maybe someone that you haven't met yet, like online, even though obviously when people

say that to me online, it has so much weight behind it and it makes me do what I do every day.

It's the reason why I continue to do this.

But just having someone that you know in your personal life that you see all the

time, you talk to all the time, gets to like ask you personal questions and stuff. Like that just
