1:21.4	Yeah so I'm about to graduate from graduate school. My life and I have two
1:26.1	little boys and we're looking into home buying options. I just accepted a job
1:30.6	a full-time job down to south of Salt Lake City. The housing market in Utah is
1:35.4	very booming right now. So we're looking into options for renting versus buying
1:41.2	we would like to buy a home. We like the idea of following the principle of keeping
1:45.6	the mortgage payments about 25% of our monthly take home pay but this doesn't
1:50.3	leave us with a ton of options for home buying. So we're just kind of trying to
1:55.2	see if it's more worth it for us to get the foot get our foot in the door and buy
1:59.9	a home that may stretch us a little bit or if it makes more sense for us to rent
2:03.2	and try to build up a bigger down payment but with rent prices the way they are
