because um to give you a little bit of a background information i'm 34 years old i'm a self

employee to electrician i started my business back in october of 2020 and i'm trying to purchase

my first home last year my father passed away unfortunately and i tried to purchase his home

but when i was speaking i believe i spoke to two different loan officers and both of them

were telling me that since i've only been self at that point i'd only been self-employed for

about a little over a year they were telling me that my only option were non-qualified mortgages

so i was just wondering if i could get some information for you guys on how to go about you know

purchasing a home how much money do you have saved up for the down payment currently in my savings

i have three hundred seventy five thousand um when they inheritance from my father passed away

without a will unfortunately so we're going through the pro-gay process um you know based on

uh the value of this date the four siblings are probably going to get around three hundred eighty
