Good morning, Dwayne here at Dry Creek Rangler School.

We're back inside today. I've been wanting to make some outside horse videos.

I really want to make one on sitting the trot. That's the next one I want to do out there.

But we've gotten, I'm not joking,

eight inches of rain in the last four days.

And it's cold again out there with a bit of breeze blowing.

So we're back in by the stove this morning.

And we're going to talk, we're going to talk.

Actually, it's going to be one of those combo videos. We're going to use horse stories for, uh, something wrong, Mama. Oh, okay. I thought I was

doing a video thing wrong. My videographer, producer, editor. No, it's good it's good okay um we're going to do a video

this morning we're going to tell a couple of horror stories but we're going to tie in back into life um

i got my oldest most favorite miriam pipe SMS mirum, you can tell by the patina on it.

It's been smoked a lot.

I got it in Alaska years ago, and I've really put a lot of tobacco through it.

It's like an old friend.

And in it this morning, I have cobblestone Kentucky

plug, which I really like. So anyhow, back in the winter, this last winter in December,

the first part of December, I had it before we left Sheridan. There was a rancher up in Montana just across the border

asked me if I wanted to come out and and oh that was a different rancher. This is a ranch out

of Sheridan. Asked me if I want to come out and help them pre-checked some heifers. And so I said sure and so he said it was just going to be him and uh

the veterinarian and he had another hand uh that was going to come out and help and i didn't know

this other hand and so i kind of mentioned it that evening to somebody else.
