I had a therapist one time that told me whenever I felt a shame or embarrassment to just really feel it.

Sometimes now I'll feel really embarrassed and I'll go, oh, okay, think about something else.

I'll retract and go, okay, no, we have to feel this.

Truly, it's supposed to help.

That doesn't sound fun.

I mean, a bad mood. Let's feel it harder.

It's not a good time, but I think there's good results.
