Summary
“We all need help. Don't go it alone.” – Brian Buffini
Over the past year, people everywhere have been asked to go it alone, whether through stay-at-home orders, self-isolating or social distancing. This has led to the illusion that we’re fine by ourselves, but nothing could be further from the truth. In this episode, Brian shares why people are designed to connect with each other, why there’s no shame in reaching out and asking for help when you need it and why we’re always better together than apart.
