You know, I think the big deal right now is really it's like gaining that market share.

and not that we're happy about this, it's just the way that it is,

way less competition by half that we can really get in some great market share and then as

things turn around which they always do right don't know when but always do and and the market

gets even better than what it is now.

And you've got a certain, let's say you've got a 5% market share. Well, 5% of twice as many homes being sold means that you grow by twice as many.

And I also find like getting these referral partners is easier than ever because again, half of them

have lost a loan officer that they used to refer to because they tapped out of the business.
