First, she made the announcement that she is instructing the House to move forward with the articles of impeachment, and THEN she clap-backed at a disgraced reporter who asked her if she "hated Trump." Joe Biden had a clap-back of his own, and the girls waste no time in celebrating that too. The celebration hits a sour note when they talk about Senator Kamala Harris dropping out of the 2020 Presidential race, but they decide to see the glass as half-full by imagining the moment when she becomes the nation's first female Vice President.
