All right, to lead us off here, the Oakland athletics to Vegas is gaining steam. White sack. Dave, let's start with you.

It sounds a little similar to what the bears are going through to me. Is that right? So they just bid on.

Like real estate in Vegas for where they would put a potential new stadium. And it could be happening, but it might not be at the same time of my reading this correctly.

Is that how you wrote it? I mean, I read it as such. I think if the Oakland athletics go to Vegas, I think it's only right for Major League Baseball to reverse their black socks decision.

Whether it's illegal or not, now you're taking your embracing gambling. And there's only one person who can stand before as the representative of the Chicago black socks and accept this from Major League Baseball.

Anyways, I think it's just such a no brainer move. If they're not going to put a stadium in Oakland or right near Oakland, Vegas is the only option. I think it would be a slam dunk. I know it would give me an excuse to get out to Vegas once the summer for a three game set.

And like the amount of money you could make just some visiting fans alone because everybody would make that their destination of the year. You know, it's just such an over and you see what I mean, they're playing on a fucking football field right now. I don't use it for that.

More but it's a stadium so bad. And they don't get anybody to go. They got to close the upper deck blah, blah, blah. It's just like just move the team to Vegas. It'll be better for all parties.

Now, when was the last time major league baseball expanded with the be the Marlins and Rockies, right?

The raising diamond back. Yeah, raising diamond backs 20 years ago over over 96 or 97. Something like that. If

obviously they have to move out of Oakland and I've seen like six stadium renderings for like a good stadium render me to for like this very green. It's on the water blah, blah. They have it like it's it would be like a destination kind of in Oakland, like just one of those kind of crown jewels if they did it right.

I kind of feel like if baseball, you know, they're always looking for more money. You're like, right, they have the CBA. You might want to expand and you might want to leave a place like Vegas open for a billion dollar franchise expansion fee.

I mean, you're always clamoring for a team to go back to Montreal. Why couldn't they just go back to well, you're not going to add just one. So you can have Montreal and you can have Vegas. You shook your head. I'm just out on Vegas and all these sports teams. I love Vegas is great because it's like not like any other city and all. So I just don't like the okay. Now we got NFL team and here comes a baseball team. There's going to be an NBA team like just leave Vegas alone. Vegas is perfect the way it is. So I just the Oakland athletics going to Vegas. It's kind of I would obviously the Raiders has worked out.

And that seems pretty. I know it's just that you're you don't need that. No one cares. As a Vegas guy. I like it because there's something different between what's team mobile. Obviously where they do like most of the UFC fights and the nights play and then obviously the Raiders stadium looks cool. But there's nothing like a baseball stadium. No baseball is pretty.

Something about that being there where you could see the fucking infrastructure. You could see romantic. It's someone would say that. Correct. And if they really do pick the spot where the tropis that's like unbelievable spot for a baseball.
