Summary

80% of Americans report that they hate their job and feel it’s negatively impacting every area of their life- and they’re not wrong.

Have you ever wondered what separates people who love what they do & are absolutely killing it from those who despise their job & struggle?

It’s not skill, experience, luck, education or socioeconomic status...

It’s passion. Passion is what gives human beings purpose & is ultimately the defining factor between those who succeed & those who don’t.

Society has led you to believe that in order to be truly happy you need to do what you love; so people go from job to job their entire lives searching for the perfect opportunity that they’ve convinced themselves will all the sudden ignite a flame in their soul & grant them the come up in happiness they desperately seek.

Unfortunately, this belief system is subjective, fundamentally flawed and completely inaccurate.

Winners win not because they do what they love, but because they learn to love what they do.

In episode 15 Chris discusses how ANYONE can train themselves to become passionate about ANYTHING & the profound positive impact it will have on your life personally & professionally.
