The subject matter for today is when you come home in a sucking mood, how should you behave?

And you get angry fast with your kids, with your spouse, with the dog, with the cats, with the parakeet, with whoever's around.

So here's my recommendation.

If that's a frequent occurrence, stop off at a gym and do a half hour. Or just go
