1:11.0	that. We've got a lot of news to get to. I just opened up a filing in court from Judge Linda Parker.
1:19.2	She was the one hearing the Kraken sanctions case brought by Detroit and Jocelyn Benson,
1:26.6	Megan Whitmer, that whole group. And they have to pay $175,000. It says plaintiffs counsel does not
1:33.7	identify nor does the court find a reason to adjust the $21,964 fee award sought by the state
1:39.4	defendants. While the court finds merit to some of the plaintiffs' attorneys objections to the $182,000
1:45.1	award sought by the city's attorneys, it rejects most of them. For the reasons discussed,
1:49.9	the above the court reduces the city's award by $28,906. So an award to the city of $153,000
1:58.2	is an appropriate sanction for the conduct discussed in the court's August 25th decision.
2:03.4	So it is here by ordered, Sydney Powell, Lin Wood, Howard Klein-Hendler, Gregory Roel,
