With stand him, him being the devil, be firm and faith against his onset.

The minute the devil comes against you, that is the minute that you resist him and tell him no.

Not after you're in such trouble that it takes a truckload full of Christians to come and get you out.

You know, when Jesus was telling his disciples that the time was coming close that he'd been talking about,

and he was going to have to go to Jerusalem and suffer and die.

1 Peter rebuked Jesus.

And he said, oh, no, Lord, this must never happen to you.

Well, Jesus didn't even have to think. He said, get thee behind me, Satan.

He didn't blame Peter. He knew what the real source of his problem was.

And we blame too many people for our stuff and we need to recognize who our real enemy is and make up our mind.

I'm not going to let him run our life. Get thee behind me, Satan.
