I have a really short but powerful message for you today.

I have a good friend right here, right now that just flew in from New York. We've been in

friends since fifth grade, so like five years, no kidding. It's been a long time and he

over the years he still lives in a little town I grew up in in upstate New York and you know you can

get complacent and a lot of negativity in that little town there's a lot of

negativity in the whole world just seems like there's a lot but maybe everybody's

hometown has that right I love it but sometimes you know it's the taxes are

high economy's still not rebounding as well so long story short he hasn't

been the healthiest he's about 30 pounds overweight. So I love the guy. He's been

friends me forever and I want him to be healthy. I want him to live forever. I want him to

feel vibrant, alive. Just like I want with every single person watching right now.

So what I realized with him is I've been encouraging him for years to get on the treadmill,

work out, feel better.

So let me just fast forward about a month and a half ago I flew down to hang out with

Tony Robbins.

I talked to you guys about that.

If you're just watching now, I flew down to a UPW event and one thing I did is I invited my friend Ricky

who's here to fly down with me. Spent a couple days I was down there for business I

pushed him he went to the Tony Robbins event had a great time he gets he's fired up, but I didn't want it to go away.
