ready today to get your mind aligned with the truth of God's Word. We are going to be

looking at Matthew chapter 6 verses 31 through 34. Jesus Himself is teaching us about

this problem we all face, known as anxiety. I hope you stick around for that. I want

to let you know or remind you, rather, that we have a new podcast that's out. It's

it out at Godfearingkids.com. All right, today, Matthew 6, 31 through 34, Jesus continues

His teaching to us about anxiety. And He's just told us that our problem with anxiety,

His diagnosis of our problem is that we are people of little faith. We heard about that

in yesterday's episode. What does that mean to have a little faith? Well, it means we're

not trusting in something that is true. So in other words, God has said the sky is blue

and we're fretting and anxious that it's actually pink. You see, we're denying something

that God has stated as true. And today in verse 31, Jesus goes on and He reiterates that

point. He says, therefore, do not be anxious, saying, and so now He's giving examples of

what it's like to be anxious. Watch how we eat or watch how we drink or watch how we wear.

Do you hear the worry in those say questions? Do you hear how we can get ourselves worked

up when we see that at present, we don't have enough food. We don't have enough to drink.

We don't have enough clothing. And we get ourselves all worked up on the emotional level.
