cars, you're on your cubie in your cubicle, you're on the train. It's funny, I saw somebody walking along the road the other day, and I said to my

daughter, you know, every time I see somebody walking along with headphones on, I ponder, are they listening to me? And she said to me, of course, they're not

listening to you dead. And I said, you don't know that. You don't know that. She said, what is the chances? But it could happen, couldn't it? It could

happen with a global audience like mine. So if you are walking along listening to join up, let's just look around, look around and see if I'm a sexy looking middle age guy, well I'm 50

coming up 52 now, is that middle age 104? Yeah, suppose that's bang on middle age, isn't it? You know, in the old days, it would be 36, 40 and stuff was middle age, but no, I'm accepting it. I'm

accepting, I am what I am. So how is life in your world? I tell you what I'm doing at the moment. Oh, I got so much to tell you, but I go through phases every now and again, of being really busy and

really productive. And then I think, no, this is just doing stuff for the sake of it. Let's try to be really quiet and strategic. And so I bought a book by a

Johann Carrier, I think his name is called stay our stolen focus. I might have mentioned it on another show. Anyhow, I'm up to chapter five now and I'm reading it every day. And it's all about our inability to actually keep our mind on one thing. And I

started to notice little by little, I was getting an issue, certainly in the evening, if I sat down and I look at a film, oh, oh, two hours can't be bothered, can't be bothered. So I started just flicking through like four and a half

minute sort of YouTube videos. And then I was getting like halfway through a four minute video. Oh, I just have something else and something else. And I started to realize this was creeping into my life. So I'm back into trying to make my business and my life as

quiet as possible without getting online at all. So really being focused about why I'm turning on my computer, why I'm looking at a website. And if it's not something that is, you know, important to me, I'm trying to switch off from it. And it's it's interesting how little you need it. I certainly you fall into habits, you fall into habits of doing certain things. And I'm starting to see

that a lot of those habits that I was falling into was just things to kill time more than being productive. So that's what I'm doing at the moment. I'm trying to be as quiet as possible. And just doing what needs to be done. Also, also exciting news. What's my exciting news jingle. I'm really got one. This one.

Not really exciting news because you're getting around with applause before I've actually said it. But I am now, and this is official. This is official. I'm now Lord David Ralph. Yes. At Christmas. I forgot to tell you this. At Christmas. My, and there's a backstory to this. My kids decided to buy me a title. So they bought a plot of land up in the north of England in Cumbria.

And it's about five, five feet square or something. And I can go and visit this plot of land, but it comes with a title. And so I'm now officially Lord David Ralph. And I can change my bank account details. I can change everything. I'm not sure about passports actually. Maybe that's not. But everything else. I can have Lord on. I'm officially Lord David Ralph. And I said to my daughter. I said, what did you do this? She said, well, you know, when you, I want to do.
