And let me just talk about it, and I have to have conversation with a friend of mine who I've known for a lot of years via text.

and he spoke about a kind gesture and some of his experiences

as a field trainer and some of the things that he found to be rewarding and effective as a field training officer.

So I'm going to talk about two things.

One, I'm going to tell you a story about how kindness gets extended through police work, right?

We've done videos, I've explained to you that kindness in the field

when you're having, when you're trying to achieve an objective is an important thing to have.

You get more bees with honey if you sound military and very rigid, you're going to have a hard time

communicating with people. You're not going to be an effective police officer. But let me tell you, past the point where your objective is completed, you got the

cooperation you wanted, the objective was completed, and you have you now I have

somebody in custody or pending charges, or maybe it's somebody else's prisoner.
