Rob, take a minute, fill in some gaps from that in-chone. Give us a little glimpse of your personal life.

John Lee, thank you very much. I'm really grateful to be on the show.

When you said 1400 and something episode, then you fell off my shit.

It's like you've been doing this since before I was born, which is a great thing.

I've always admired your work. So I want to say thank you.

Obviously as well, I don't want it to be a hey Rob Moore show.

So to fill the gaps, I guess I started in property about 10 years ago.

So properties been my main business that got me off the ground from being kind of skint, if you like.

As we say in the UK. And then once I built a portfolio of properties that meant I could not work so hard.

You know what it's like being an entrepreneur eight hours a week.

No thanks. You take all the responsibility. And the property kind of was the thing that gave me the freedom back, if you like.

So then I got more into writing, teaching, investing, speaking, doing some of the fun things.

Because I really believe in merging passion with profession and vocation with vacation.

So the things you'd love to do in business when you don't have to work so hard for the money anymore.
