0:32.9	a Republican or certainly anyone affiliated with conservative media has chosen to ignore,
0:38.6	despite a credible victim account and a supportive on the record statement by an eye witness.
0:45.0	In the summer of 2018, a man named Dustin Heiss, then a bartender in the Hamptons, says
0:49.9	he went to a bar named MERS along with his friend and boss, George Gunnellas.
0:56.4	They encountered CNN's Don Lemon, and an event transpired that Mr. Heiss says would change
1:01.7	his life forever.
1:03.5	Lemon, who CNN allows to fashion himself night after night as a me too advocate and a
1:08.6	social justice warrior, allegedly committed an assault on Mr. Heiss, that was sexual in
1:14.5	nature and clearly meant to humiliate him.
1:18.7	After some time, Mr. Heiss decided to file a civil lawsuit against Lemon, accusing him of
1:23.0	assault and battery under New York law, among other claims.
1:26.7	He has been called a liar and an extortionist by CNN, which oddly has inserted itself in
1:34.1	this lawsuit, despite the fact that it has no proper role here.
