Fernando Mendoza, he going number

one. He ain't getting picked by the dolphins. No reason to spend even two seconds on him because he's got no chance of going to Miami. Ty Simpson, there's a lot of

debate about, and we heard this week he has a top 30 visit with the dolphins. When it's all said

and done, because I see some people say he'll get picked in round two, some people think mid to late

round one, someone from round two is people think mid to late round one someone from

round two is going to trade up late round one is he going to go in round one you think uh that's a

really good question look i i think if you parlay him against say bo knicks or j j mccarthy for

example i view simpson as a better prospect than both of them.

And McCarthy went 10, Knicks went 12th.

That's their 11th, something like that, yeah.

Okay, yeah.

So I, you know, I, it's really interesting.

I think there's a really interesting disconnect between social media draft Nix and people connected to the NFL,

because people connect to the NFL think that

Simpson's going to go significantly higher than social media people. Look, I think his tape is excellent.

And there's the talk about the drop off. He lost £22, Mike. He had he had gastritis. He was sick

and that clearly affected the way he played back end of the season. He bounced back towards the down the stretch, but he had this sort of four or five week run where he wasn't particularly good. But early on the season, he was outstanding. And some of the throws you put on tape are fantastic. Are the Dolphins going to draft him? I don't think so. And to me, the 30 visit is more about longevity, okay? This kid's going to be a free agent at some point.

This kid might be drafted, traded at some point. This kid also might get drafted by the New

York Jets, Mike. And I think it's really good to, you know, just find out what makes the guy

tick. If he's going to play for your division rival, you're going to play him twice a year,

you see what he's about. I speak to GMs. I spoke to, you to you know current gms i've spoken to to previous gms and they
