With regards to Miami's offensive and defensive team rankings through the first nine weeks of the season,

eight games in the back pocket halfway through the season,

the Dolphins rank tenth in scoring with 27.8

points per game so far this season. Total offense to 322.9 yards per game is

28th in the National Football League and that's also where Miami's

rushing game is with 97.1 yards per game at 28th in the NFL. Passing

Miami's got 225.8 yards per game. That is 23rd in the NFL. As far as sacks allowed goes,

Dolphins have given up 14 sacks on the season. That is tied for the 11th fewest in the NFL, and Miami is 26th and third down. is

26 and third down offense at 38.9% conversion on the money down.

On the defensive side of the football, the Dolphins are fourth in scoring defense. They are tied there
