1:17.5	And the Department of Justice didn't have to do that, because it's not like the state
1:22.6	of Minnesota declined to prosecute them.
1:26.0	In fact, they prosecuted Chauvin successfully and they are prosecuting the other police officers.
1:32.3	But the Department of Justice, as a matter of principle, said, I'm glad you're taking
1:36.4	care of that state of Minnesota.
1:39.2	We're bringing federal civil criminal rights charges anyway.
