So it turns out the FBI did investigate Jonathan Ross.

That's the ICE agent who shot and killed Renee Good,

but only for like a New York minute. The FBI briefly opened a civil rights investigation

into him only to drop it shortly thereafter. But the investigation did the Governor Tim Walts

and Mary Jacob Fry and Renee Good's widow and even Renee Good herself. Those are still on the table, apparently.
