| 1:01.7 | and social development, and it estimates that corruption raises the cost of doing business by over |

| 1:08.2 | But what few people really appreciate is that fraud and corruption, |
| 1:12.9 | and I've seen it in my own hometown, affects the average citizen just as much as our business |
| 1:18.5 | community, if not more. The poor are particularly hard hit. It hinders investment from new or outside |
| 1:25.6 | companies. It results in fewer job opportunities for our average citizens. |
| 1:30.3 | And when an average citizen is then felt compelled to pay bribes, |
| 1:35.3 | for example, to Greece the bureaucracy of our government, |
| 1:39.3 | they are doing so from limited financial means, |
