Well, we talked about it briefly in Rapid Response Friday. We got into it and then a whole bunch of stuff popped off after Friday, and things just got weirder. We're going to be talking about the Trump Ballroom case, of course. The National Historic Preservation Trust is trying to stop the construction of the gigantic ballroom. We'll talk about the details. We'll get into a little bit of the history of it, but what we really have to do, the reason that we're here today is the incredible nine-page filing from DOJ, just hot off,

and it is, it is something. It is really just a disgrace, and we have to read almost every word of it,

really. I just, I only glance, but just, is it safe, is it the proper characterization characterization to say they think because this shooting happened, they can just say a bunch of stuff to the judge and then they'll be like, you're right, you do need a ballroom. Is that kind of what they're doing? I think they just let their client dictate this one. I think that this is straight up just Trump dictating it. But is that basically what it was? There's not like a legal thing. No, no. It's just we have to do this. And I think he insisted on filing something. Also, as we'll talk about, the legal vehicle for this motion is ridiculous. And the people who filed it are even more ridiculous. It's incredible who filed this. Just going to have to make you wait for them. Oh, boy. I am excited.
