I've been feeling a lot of gratitude recently, and I'm also feeling really

renewed and recharged after my time off and doing my first annual high mountain running camp.

And so many of you have been reaching out by email and sending these just really beautiful

and thoughtful comments and stories and suggestions.

And even a few days ago, I got a email from a super fan in Ohio named Iva Reed.

And she actually offered to help me with social media.

In addition to feeling just a lot better since my time off, I've just been so grateful for this most beautiful fall.

because I just found out I had another suicide, a young woman,

and loss. At the same time, there's such profound beauty and goodness, and there's also such
