Summary

Tonight’s guest, Justyn, is from a small town in Northern Ontario, Canada, called New Liskeard. One day, about 10 years ago, while bear hunting about 20 minutes from town, Justyn had an experience that left him feeling like he was the one being hunted. Justyn was so traumatized by the experience, he gave up going back into the woods, which used to be a passion of his, and moved to Toronto. Like Justyn says, that experience changed his life. 2:05.2	Thanks for having me, Vic. Thanks for coming on. You know, we appreciate it.
2:10.4	Justin, please give us a brief bio on yourself. All right, from Northern Ontario, a smaller town called
2:19.6	New Listered, populations like 18,000 I believe. I'm 32 years old right now and I currently live
2:27.4	in Toronto after this experience. I'm bar-managing down here now, but I used to just plow snow
2:32.9	up north and yeah, this experience changed my life. When I was younger, my whole family, my grandfathers,
2:40.3	my uncles and mom, they would be out in the bush trapping hunting. I remember selling minors with
2:47.1	my grandfathers, so I was all for the bush, 100%. I really enjoyed it. It was everything.
2:54.7	And yeah, that's about it. It really is a shame that after having the encounter that
2:59.9	you're gonna tell us about tonight that you weren't able to enjoy the bush anymore. You just
3:04.4	gave it up and decided to just hang inside the city. But having said that, there's talk about a
3:10.2	creature locals call Yellowtop in the area where you grew up. What more can you tell us about that?
3:16.5	The immediate area of where I'm from, the three towns are called Cobalt Heliburry and New
3:22.0	Listered. And Cobalt was the first one. It was like an old minors town, lots of silver. If you
3:28.8	look it up, so much silver used to come out of this small little town. If you drive through it,
3:32.8	there's just mine shafts everywhere, mining equipment everywhere, museums, and for at least a good
