Summary

Mike Lascelles is a hard rock miner who had an experience just outside of Marathon, Ontario, Canada that changed the way he's looked at the woods ever since. He used to think he could afford to be fairly carefree in the woods. After having the experience he had, when he was in his teens, the woods will never be the same for him.
