Our cases this week, a mother's need for vengeance against a man she believed

had sexually assaulted, her 12-year-old daughter gets out of control and takes an innocent life.

The mother rounded up a posse to go after the suspected sex offender after

she discovered a video the man took of the alleged assault. There was a gun battle and a teen

was killed in the crossfire.

Now that mother will spend the rest of her life in prison,

and the man she was after may still be held accountable.

He's been charged with sexually assaulting her daughter.
