0:04.4	election, given that we organized and created this episode long before we knew the results.
0:11.7	And I know a lot of you are probably feeling very conflicted with the friends in your life
0:18.5	that voted the way they did, with the family members that might have
0:21.4	voted a way you don't agree with and it's hard knowing how we can continue to get along with
0:26.4	them knowing that so many people that we love voted against our basic values and rights
0:31.5	but more than anything i hope this episode can serve as a reminder that it's important we approach this
0:39.3	with curiosity and seeking to understand why people voted the way they did, because as tough
0:46.1	as it might be, these hard conversations are what we need if we want to change hearts and minds.
