And unfortunately, just before we went on the air, Julian Edelman of the New England Patriots announced his retirement.

So a real true roller coaster of sports emotions for me right now.

Are we going to get into the, uh, the, is Julian Edelman a Hall of Famer? Because if he gets in

before Heinz Ward, I'm going to like throw things. That's, that's just the Pittsburgh getting you.

He should be, ultimate competitor. I was, uh, I was lucky enough to see a Super Bowl or two with him.

And yeah, we'll miss him running across the middle.

But he's got to get healthy.

I understand that.

That stuff obviously comes first, but we'll miss him in New England. I have an immense amount of respect for Warren Sharp just calling out how ridiculous it is that Julian Edelman gets Hall of Fame discussions.

And Heinz Ward still has not made like the final ballot.

And Heinz Ward has has not made, like, the final ballot. And Heinz Ward has 1,000 catches to Julian Edelman's 620, has 12,000 yards to Julian

Edelman's 7,000, has literally twice as many touchdowns, has the same amount of Super Bowl

MVPs, and made four Pro Bowls.

But what's his grit level, though?

Like, how gritty is he?

Gritty is shit.

Did you ever watch the, like, crackback blocks?

Yeah, and Edelman was on the receiving end of many of those.
