On today's college football inquirer, Ross Dellinger has a story about a 51-year-old case

that could have implications for schools today. The NCAA is trying to rein in this eligibility

lawsuit situation. There might be a very old tool in the toolbox that they may be trying to

the Big Ten, then I started thinking about everybody else that moved in that time, tried to figure
