rarely politicize the happiness hour and I don't even intend to today but I want you to have a

trigger warning that obviously there will be an element of the political in this.

For years now I have had a theme on the happiness hour how do you remain happy while worried

sick about the direction of your beloved country America I have had to grapple with that the

whole time. I have had to grapple with that. I have been utterly and totally honest with you the whole time.

I did not feign false optimism because I have too much respect and that's the truth. I

simply have too much respect for listeners. So I had a topic on a number of occasions on how are you happy while you feel your society is sinking.

It's sort of like, this is a little overstating, I admit it, but it's sort of like how are you

happy on the Titanic.
