You're coming in from where, Jeremy? So, CLT's headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, and we just got a new building, a 1780 building that we moved into about two months ago.

So we set a big party date to kind of force ourselves to get the place ready.

And we had that last Thursday night.

So it's been great.

We love our town.

Have you been to Annapolis?

I've never been to Annapolis, no.

But I want to roll the clip.

300 hours of work. We're going to no volume. But Jeremy, run us through what's going through your head here. What's going on?

Yes. My dear friend, he got into stone carving. And he spent months and months carving classic learning tests in English, in Greek,

and Latin into marble.

And then we set it in this beautiful mahogany wood.

And we had about 200 people in Annapolis at the new headquarters for this kind of unveil.

So I think this is kind of a 2.0 or 3.0 of the renewal movement of this recovery

of things like stone carving, right?

It's kind of this movement breaking into the physical world.

And it was really cool.

So every time I see it, it's, and he gave a great speech.
