I've come here to talk to you about a relatively easy problem, I think.

It's just a very old and ancient problem.

But the question about free will and how it is that we understand our ability,

And so, you know, I have about 40 minutes, hopefully, and so I can't claim that I'm going to

is portray an image of what a way to think about free will and a way to think about nature

ways. Now, to do that, I want to spend a little bit of working together in certain ways.

Now, to do that, I want to spend a little bit of time just talking about what we mean when we say free will,

because that's in many ways sort of an initial problem, because people kind of have different ideas

about what they mean when they say free will and different contexts, depending

on what their sort of philosophical background is.

I think kind of a good starting point is, so I listed a few kind of definitions, quote-unquote,

sort of descriptions of free will.
