If you listen to anything that you know I share on YouTube or any podcast that I do you'll likely figure out that I'm a Christian within the first like 10 minutes but with

that I don't talk a lot about theology or you know pastoral things that I believe

should come from a pastor because I'm I'm not a pastor but this question I was just it struck me and I just really

wanted to answer it really wanted to talk about it because it does also pertain

to marriage and dating and relationships and so this question says what do you think is biblical

when a guy says his ministry comes before marriage?

Now this is very like heartbreaking to me just to be honest like I've read this and I'm just I'm

thinking I'm like I'm really hoping this isn't like a wife that sent me this like I'm

not at all saying that like someone's you know maybe like mistake is like worse than my

I'm not saying like you know oh like they're the worst I've got the best life I'm not

saying that but I do hope that this is like someone that's having this

conversation with another single person and

they're trying to sort out for their future marriage because your marriage

should be like the priority above anything that is outside of your home.

Now I've been married for four months but I will say that the things that I know some people are probably just like oh okay.

This is something that I've prayed for my entire life.

And so I've had a lot of conversations with pastors

and with counselors about this type of thing.

And the way that I've understood it,

the way that I've accepted it, and the way that I have chosen to live and operate in my singlehood, and now the way that my husband and I have chosen to move forward in our marriage is that God comes first. We believe that we have to have
