Here's the host of the Please Commence Me Podcast, Jim Wallace. Hey, welcome back to the Please Commence Me Podcast. My name is Jim Wallace. So glad to have you with us today.

A very overcast Monday morning here in Southern

California. I'm going to try to podcast all of this in one session. I may have to break it up

a little bit as it's a busy kind of still last week of vacation for me trying to do all the things

that you need to do before you go back to work all that kind of thing and it's so you know it can be a little

bit dicey as we try to juggle our schedule. So I thought I would just try to sit down and

just at least do part of the podcast now and I think we'll have time at the end to do some

listener email as well. But we're going to continue our series on the nature and historicity of Jesus.

And I was going to take a break actually this week and do a podcast with Jimmy.

We've been going back and forth with a person on email about the nature of the mind

versus the brain. I think we will sit down and do a podcast on that, but just for brevity's sake,

I thought I'd just would continue our series

just kind of move you along while we're still thinking about the the nature of

Jesus last week we did a podcast on the claims of Jesus you know so many of us will say that Jesus was a good teacher

until of course we get to the point where we see him teaching

about his own deity.

And so we want to look at those issues.
