Hi you guys. This is Heidi St. John. Today is Wednesday, March 1st. We're into the month

of March. Today is podcast episode number 431, and we're going to talk about why it matters

what our kids are reading. Welcome to the busy mom podcast. This is Heidi St. John.

All right, so a couple of days ago, might have been a week, I'm really sorry, I have a

written email I can't remember, but I made a note of it, so this is good. I received an

email from a mom who was struggling with whether or not it matters what her kids were reading.

Now you guys already know if you've been listening to me for a very long time, you already

know what I'm going to say about this, but I really want to start you off by just going

to the word of God. Philippians chapter 4 verse 8, write it down, says finally, that means

when it's all said and done, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble,

whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, if anything

is excellent or praiseworthy, think about such things. Now if the Apostle Paul is reminding

adults to think about whatever things are good, then it would stand to reason that it's
