It's meant to be a little bit more of an intimate discussion on some of these subjects in Chalata'ana

And there is an element of spirituality and element of intellectual discussion

There is Tefsir, there is Tuscia, there is Fik that's going to be covered

So a lot that's going to be covered in Chalata'ana over the course of this conference

with that being said

My topic is a topic that is actually a pretty dense topic

It's the topic of Ijmah, the topic of consensus

And consensus, not just as a concept, a broader concept that we discuss in Islamic law

But as a source of Islamic legislation and the implications of that for us to date

And I am working on an article on this

And sometimes, or in the past, I've given a talk on an article I was working on

I never actually got to complete that article

So in Chalata'ana you can hold me to it

If I show up to the next conference and I'm giving another talk

And the article is not published by then
