Well, in my line of work, I often find myself giving the same advice to people all the time. It's not because

their situations aren't unique or their circumstances aren't challenging or their problems

are particularly difficult. Really what it is is I give advice to young adults a lot and young adults are often

going through the same set of circumstances as one another. We find that you're going through

many of the same life events facing many of the same challenges as one another. And so I'm

constantly repeating the same things to people.

So I thought I would just stand up here and I would just tell you what I might tell you

But maybe you're here and you're anxious about the future.

What I would tell you is you can't predict what will happen tomorrow, but you can't prepare
