A lot of people are very concerned about this. One of them is Cade Crockford. She is director of the ACLU of Massachusetts Technology for Liberty Project.

What are they when it comes to surveillance technology, and what do you think needs to be done?

Well, for the past 20 or so years, largely with the help of the federal government, through grants,

We've seen the expansion and the creation and expansion of CCTV networks,
