what is your advice to me Tom Scope? You know what journal more? The change my life get a journal start writing anymore. Yeah tell me about that what do you do when you journal what do you do? I found that at the end of the day if I don't take everything that happened and kind of organize it before I go to bed, then the night shift.

You know, what's working during my dreaming doesn't take care of business.
