I'm alright, I'm feeling rather overweight if I'm going to be on a stir, Chris,

because this camera angle just as we started this show, Chris went, oh, look,

quite slim in the face from this angle, but you do look very slim in the face,

and it can't have escaped your attention that you have just been cycling for about three days,

or four days or something, so.

Nine days.

You should be feeling, nine days, good god.

Nine days of hell.

Sorry, just have a mic off, so you're sneezing, and I'm allergic to how thin you are.

And nine days of cycling, a Cedaw V&N, Premiere 2, and I'll rest them.

How was it?

It was pretty painful, to be honest.

It made the Hokkaido cycle look like a picnic or walk in the park, a mere holiday.

It's kind of, because Q-shoes like quite mountainous, right?

You look at it, it's just a part of mountains with fun added on, and it's like, you know,

it's not designed to cycle around.

It was Hokkaido's mostly flat, and the weather really didn't do it any favors.
