Normally I'm here to beat back all the Dodger Jim slander.

You sound like a homer. The Dodger Jim slander. You sound like a homer.

The Dodger Jim allegations.

Because normally they're not true.

I don't root for the Dodgers because I don't root for any team except team content.

Now, I might not root for the Dodgers, but I will defend the Dodgers, especially if they're doing nothing wrong, and especially if they're actually doing almost everything right.

I mean, what a villain that they are to the game of baseball.

I mean, to hear most people talk about them, the Dodgers actually represent everything that is wrong with baseball. Instead of

everything that's right with the game, incredibly run, class organization that is better at making

money and better at spending money than anybody else. And on top of that, they are the reigning

world champs.

I mean, the horror.

Worst thing ever to happen to baseball, the Dodgers.

Man, contract them before they take a wrecking ball to the sport once and for all.

Now, that said, I'm well aware of the frustration with the Dodgers.

I'm not tone deaf, nor am I blind to it.

I'm not saying that there's not disparity between the haves and the have-nots.

I can see where many of you got all butt hurt and bent all over again yesterday with

Commissioner Bob Manfred's latest comments where he defends the Dodgers spending.
