I'm definitely concerned that once we see that peak, we won't have enough of the ventilators

amassed, the medication, the doctors, any number of things, and we're going to have to

decide where to allocate those resources, which is not a decision that I or any doctor

wants to be making.

That's Dr. Daria Long, an ER physician in Tennessee.

Like many other doctors around the world, she's facing some difficult decisions about how

to best care for her patients.

Unfortunately, resources are finite.

So how do doctors decide who gets potentially life-saving treatment and who doesn't?

It's a terrible situation to be in.

One we've seen some doctors in Italy already face.

And as seen, we may see in the United States as healthcare workers now warn they are running

low on supplies.

First Wednesday, Vice President Mike Pence told my colleague Wolf Blitzer that the United
