All right, welcome back to the Nurses Report with your host today, Nurse Gail McCrae,

and I'm so excited to be back with you to share some more depth and perspective to the understanding of

what the impacts of our legal systems are having on our daily lives. And with that intention,

I was able to get an incredible human being, Dr. Kirk Moore, to agree to come on and share his

story with us. And for those of you who don't know who he is or do

and want more information, Dr. Moore is a board certified plastic surgeon. He's based on a Salt

Lake City area with nearly three decades of experience in plastic surgery. He earned a master's

degree in applied human physiology in 1989, and the MD from University

of Miami School of Medicine with honors in 1993.

He has been working as a board-certified surgeon, let's see, since 2002, and in 2003, he has been working in this
