You know, it, uh, yesterday we had a guest that was coming on and I butchered his name

because everyone else literally told me how to say his name and I was like that's not right I'm telling you and I was right it is not Ethan is Aeton Aeton Hym and Dr.

Dr. Him is he is he is fighting now a fight against the feds so the feds have come after

Aeton because he exposed the Texas Children's Hospital. I think one of the things that I want to equate this to is that every single whistleblower that comes forward to stop this degradation of and or attack on our children is they themselves find themselves in the crosshairs of a DOJ fight.

And there's no exception to this.

So he's going to join us and we're going to talk a little bit about

the Texas Children's Hospital

and how they're treating children for gender affirming care.

So let's start off this way. There was a Texas Supreme Court. So there was a Texas Supreme Court ban on youth gender transitions.

So this came out of the Texas Supreme Court upheld the state's ban on gender affirming care for transgender youth Friday,

rejecting pleas from parents that it violates her right to decide on and seek medical care

for their children.

The 8-1 ruling from the all-Republican, I like how they say all-Republican.

Not all just normal people, but all-Republican court leaves in place a law that has been

in effect since September 1st,

2023.

Texas are the largest of at least 25 states

that have adopted laws restricting or banning

gender-affirming medical care for transgender minors. The Texas law prevents transgender people under 18

from accessing hormone therapies, puberty blockers, and transition surgeries,
