1:01.2	my friend. How are you? I am doing wonderful. Thanks for having me. Absolutely. These ones are
1:07.6	all cases that I find fascinating, and I'm always love hearing your take on them because you've got such vast experience, both from the prosecution and defense side of things, and a working defense attorney, which I always appreciate.
1:21.0	So let's jump right in, first of all, out of Oahu, Hawaii, a wife who survived an alleged murder attempt, based her husband in court after
1:29.4	she was nearly thrown off a cliff on her birthday trip. Ariel Koenig claims that her husband,
1:36.1	an anesthesiologist, Garrick Konak, planned a romantic getaway for the couple with sinister intentions. According to Ariel,
1:45.8	she became uncomfortable when Conig kept pressuring her to stand closer and closer to the
1:51.9	edge of a cliff when she refused Koenig allegedly became irate. Conig allegedly produced a
1:58.2	syringe with a mystery substance before allegedly attempting to
2:02.2	inject the woman. Although Ariel managed to struggle free, Conig began beating the woman with
2:07.8	rocks until nearby hikers heard Ariel screams and responded. Meanwhile, Conig's defense claims
2:13.5	that there was no attempt on Ariel's life. They say that the two were in an argument
2:17.8	concerning Ariel's affair with a coworker. When the disagreement became heated, they claim
