I was able to speak to Doc a handful of weeks ago.

I believe it was after the Rocket Mortgage Classic.

He was very gracious with his time then.

And now as he makes his debut in the FedEx Cup playoffs, he's been very gracious with his

time again.

So we talk through his deep run at the Wyndham Championship, what his expectations are for

the FedEx Cup playoffs, and much more.

All right, let me welcome in. Doc Redmond. Doc is

already in Boston. He's on the scene. Doc, thanks for joining me, man. Yeah, thank you very much for

having me. This is the second time we've had the opportunity to chat. The first time is going

out to the CBS sound wave. So hopefully a lot more people will be introduced to you.

But they were introduced to you a lot last week, Doc, the Wyndham Championship. Let's start there.

I just want to ask you this. How would you assess your performance last week at the window?

Yeah, I think it was really good. I hit it great. I chipped a lot better for four days straight than I have in a long, long time.

And, you know, I putted well.

I just didn't really make anything, which, you know, happens.

But I was really happy with the week, and it was really the first time, although I'd come

in second in Detroit last year,

you know, I was never really, never really had a chance to win, which I guess people could

argue yesterday I didn't really either, but, you know, I was still there and just a few birdies
