So this is my first, not actually second time,

but the first time I've actually been in Asheville

and gone around and done stuff. Oh, wow. It's been very interesting. And we haven't done enough. We haven't done nearly enough. Also, this is your first time to eat what? What did I eat? Oh, oh, what the Irish butter. Carrie Gold. Yeah, Carrie Gold. Oh, wait. Let's hear your thoughts. Wait, wait, wait. Let me say this. I said, what do you want for breakfast, Doc? Because I was in the oven doing some stuff. And he says, oh, no, no. He, you know, he didn't want a bagel. He didn't want, you know, and I said, well, he goes, I'll have one of those muffins i said would you like to

have it heated uh i said well i'll heat it and then i said would you like some butter

uh i said what of course he goes he goes where are you going to put it i said i said I'm going to slice it open and not all the way, and I'm going to raise it up just enough to get a big old chunk of the butter in.

Then I'm going to close it and then I'm going to put it in the oven and it's going to melt all the way through.

He goes, so it's going to be in the middle.

I said, yes, it's going to be in the middle. And he says, is this that carry gold butter? I said, yes, it is. So now you can tell us. What do you think? It was really good. So I ate that and it was great. And then I tried like an English muffin after that without the butter and it tasted lifeless.
